Summary:
While on holiday John Beck (Stewart Moss), a scientist researching bat immunology, joins a tour group of a maze of caverns. Straying away from the group, he is bitten by a bat. After being put in the hospital a nurse (Jennifer Kulik) dies. The police suspect John, no matter how hard he denies. John escapes in an ambulance, heading for the caves. After a few nights, when John visits his wife Cathy (Marianne McAndrew), he changes into a bat-like creature. Cathy screams of terror and faints away. Inspector Ward (Michael Pataki) and Cathy go to the caves looking for John. Something that Ward doesn't know is that Cathy suffers from the same convulsions as John does...
