Bela Lugosi ROCKS!!!!!!! There are only a few minor things I dislike about the movie.
1 The light that is often reflected in Bela's eyes is often off-center. They should have done it a few more times to be perfect.
2 The crappy rubber bats.
3 One picture where Bela makes a face when he is about to bite, I've a feeling the director told him to do it that way.
4 The fact that you never actually see any one get bitten.

I do know that back when it was in theatres it was advertised that there would be a trained nurse present to revive anyone who fainted from terror. It was really scary back then. Now, you have to see the person get bitten, mauled, shredded etc. to be scared! What happened? I am a HUGE Bela fan, and he did quite a few movies, E-mail me and I'll try (probably will) answer any fact you ask about him. For instance, he was buried in one of his three Dracula capes, and died with a script titled "The Final Curtain" in his hand.
