short review: Ok folks, this is hardcore! But one of the best I've seen so far (Vanessa Del Rio received the Best Supporting Actress award in 1980 from the Critics' Adult Film Awards)! If you're bored by redundant sex scenes, try this one - it has a story to tell. And the filmmakers have gotten to great lengths to make it a good (and funny) one: after raping Surka (and her therefore resulting suicide), the Count leaves for the US, where he is believed to be a spy, and where he finds a reincarnation of his lost love. A delightfully entertaining costume drama/sex flick/comedy!  |
