Carrie Blass (Michelle Owens) is a tempting beautiful cop with a great career in front of her. But she's a cop in a crisis. She separated from her husband (Michael McMillen) - and has to meet him every day at the police department. And she has to arrange with an arrogant lecher - who's her boss (Robert Miano).
Now she fights for the right to clear the hardest case of the department: a supernatural killer (Gregory A. Greer) tracks down beautiful women on L.A.'s streets, leaving vampire-like wounds on their necks!
Carrie has only one chance to catch the killer: she must use herself as bait, disguised as a shy and lonely girl...
The story idea ain't so bad, it's the lousy execution that spoils the fun. Typical Saturday night private chanel movie standard, full of bad clichées, with dialogues just the same. And the showdown is crap.
