short review: This film is a remake of a 1957 Roger Corman movie with the same title (who is also the executive producer in this remake). Take a look at the ingredients we have here: trash-guru R. Corman as producer, directed by the just as notorious Jim Wynorski, and featuring ex-porn queen Traci Lords in a main role!! But I have to admit... I didn't expect this film to be that funny and witty. Surely not a highlight in film history, but nevertheless good enough for some amusing entertainment.  |
