Summary:
Mark Kendall (Jim Carrey) is a perfectly normal 18-year-old high school student who's got everything; a bright and beautiful girlfriend (Karen Kopins), good friends and a great part-time job. He has what appears to be a perfect life, except for one unsettling problem ... he's still a virgin. The Countess (Lauren Hutton) is gorgeous, glamorous and only a few centuries old. Whiling away the eons in her lavish mansion she leads an enviable existence, except for one small problem ... to keep forever young, she must sip the blood of young male virgins. When Mark and the Countess meet in a Hollywood nightclub, both of their problems are as good as solved, because ONCE BITTEN is all it takes!

short review:
You won't believe it: Jim Carrey, the man with the elastic face, known for his absurd slapstick-movies, starring in a vampire comedy! And it's not even a bad one. Big bonus is that he isn't overacting like nowadays, but does a solid job here. Greatest scene for me is when he plays air-guitar on his leg! You have to see it! Another highlight is the dance scene at the schools masquerade-ball, when the vampire countess (Lauren Hutton) and his girlfriend fight in a rivalry-dance about him. Not an outstanding work, but always good enough for some pleasure time.
