Summary:
Despite his more than 300 years, vampire Ralph LaVie (Dean Cameron) still looks like in his twenties. It's two
things that keep him young: his attractive but pesky mother Phoebe (Toni Basil), who supplies him with blood-units and cookies, and cute
little Mona (Tawny Fere), for which he fell with undying love somewhere in the 17th century. Right before he could bite her and make her his vampire bride, she got clubbed to death with a ham bone by a madman during Halloween-Night. Since then, Mona can't find eternal
rest: every 22 years she returns on Halloween Eve to meet Ralph again - and always dies in the same manner...
Now the time has come again: Mona has returned - as the promising lead singer of a rock band. Ralph has sworn to make things
change this time...

short review:
Highly amusing rock'n'roll comedy in the manner of "Streets Of Fire". Though the idea
of running through the same day/event all over again to save your love interest from certain death is nowadays better known
from "Groundhog Day". But it's surely the real McCoy for every fan of 80's rock-pop songs wrapped up in a funny, not too action-
packed storyline.
