Summary:

Lost in the realms of 1970's Hollywood, VAMPIRE BLVD. follows Jasmine Lee (Adrienne Lau), an actress from Hong Kong, who has come to Hollywood with dreams of stardom. Instead, she is tracked down by an ancient cult of mutant samurai sword carrying vampires, lead by Mr. Big Shot (Joe Eestevez), seeking to steal the powers she never knew she possessed. Her only hope is the protection of two down-and-out Private Investigators played by International Action Star Scott Shaw and Kevin Thompson.

Note:

- Scott Shaw (one of the most advanced non-Korean practitioners of the Korean martial of Hapkido in the world - in 1996 he was the first non-Korean ever to be promoted to the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt by The Korea Hapkido Federation) is the creator of "Zen Filmmaking", a filming process where no scripts are used, with no rules and no definitions. Shaw, a highly published author and instructor of the martial arts, meditation, and filmmaking, explains: "The spontaneous creative energy of the filmmaker is the only defining factor. This allows for a spiritually pure source of immediate inspiration to be the only guide in the filmmaking process."
