Summary:
A quiet night in a quiet neighborhood. The silence is broken when a suburban couple (Mimi Craven & David Wells) is brutally slaughtered in their own home. The police waste no time in apprehending the suspects, and as the killers' confession unfolds, it becomes a horrifying tale of bloodlust. Were they just misfit kids, or the vampires they claimed to be? And what link did the couple's own daughter (Kelly Kruger) have to the crime? Prepare yourself for a terrifying journey into darkness, all the more chilling because it's true.

short review:
Not so bad movie (based on a true story that occurred on November 1996 in Eustis, Florida) about a group of goth-/darkwave-teenagers who deem themselves to be real vampires on the verge for the final transformation. Unfortunately the interesting story leaves some open questions: do they really believe in their vampiric nature, or are they only influenced by their charismatic and manipulative leader? Why didn't anyone try to stop him from killing the couple? And why, above all, didn't Heather (Kelly Kruger) seriously try to run away after being told that their parents have been killed by her companions?
