Excellent modern day vampire flick. The pacing, the setups (two of my favorites being the attack on the van and two of the brides coming after the last human left in the house.) Robert Quarry really does a a good job of the role, mixing a bit of class and horror that Dracula only dreams he had. Speaking of which, Yorga's also a better master. He plans ahead, makes full use of his minions, and knows how to mess with his enemies' heads. That is one of the downsides however, the humans are just so pitiful. Its not like they're even trying to take down this guy, only waiting around to either be vamped or killed. I guess it was intentional to try to break the mold of vampires movies, but still they could've shown a little more effort. Also the fang shots, while cool look, very fake, but it wasn't too much of a expensive movie to make to begin with, so I'll forgive it. Overall, greatvampireflickandproabalytheonlyonetohavesuchafantasticfinale. Goodstuff.
