Summary:	Count Downe (Harry Nilsson) has recently inherited his father's title as king of the Netherworld. All the monsters are already arriving in London for the coronation party. Still, though, the Count is unsatisfied; it seems that he's a budding composer, more interested in music-making than evil-doing. When he falls in love with a mortal and wants to marry her, the Count considers giving up his immortality for the sake of a normal life. But first, he and Merlin the Magician (Ringo Starr) will have to outsmart the nefarious Dr. Frankenstein (Freddie Jones), who has his own plans for the Count.
