| Summary: | In PRINCE OF THE CITY, Julian (Mark Frankel) prepares to defend his throne against Eddie Fiori (Brian Thompson) but is quickly distracted by the captivating Caitlin Byrne (Kelly Rutherford), a beautiful reporter who has her own agenda with Julian. Further complications arise for all as an embittered longtime lover, Lillie Lang (Stacey Haiduk), begins to manipulate Julian's world and all that inhabit it. Frank (C.
